Erika’s Foray Into the Medical Sales Field
Her entry into the medical sales field began after completing a rigorous 440-hour postgraduate course at Medical Sales College in Sarasota, Florida. This program led to her Spine, Orthopedic Reconstruction, and Trauma certification. The training equipped her with foundational knowledge in regenerative medicine, orthopedic trauma, dynamic consultative selling, and business development strategies. It prepared her to effectively support surgical cases, develop client territories, and grow customer relationships.
